All payments are securely processed through Paypal only. You do not have to have a Paypal Account in order to make a payment. Paypal accepts all major credit cards and debit cards as well as echecks. Please note that echecks may take up to 7 business days to clear. Absolutely no work will begin on your site until payment is cleared through Paypal. The full design must be paid up front. Due to the amount of time that we spend on each website, and due to the custom nature of each site, no refunds will be given.

A copyright for your site will be noted at the bottom of your website. Our link will also be included and may not be altered. We have the privelege of working with some of the most talented graphic artists in the business and often purchase graphics from them. Their copyright and or credit line must also be listed on your website per agreement from the artists and Shabby Chic Graphics Boutique. Please do not alter our work or the artists graphics in any way. If you need an alteration, we will take care of it for you if it does not violate the artist's terms. Designs should not be reproduced or altered without our knowledge. We reserve the right to use your site and or graphics for our portfolio or promotional purposes to show off our work.

Our websites are created and optimized for our servers. You will be asked to subscribe to our hosting services by your designer or you may subscribe via our hosting page. Hosting is handled via subscription by Paypal and will automatically be charged monthly. We reserve the right to suspend or delete your site if hosting becomes delinquent.
